Beth is an experienced postnatal doula, antenatal and baby class teacher who has been supporting families since 2013.
She teaches a ranges of classes using yoga and hypnobirthing as well as classes full of evidence based birth and baby information.
She is passionate about helping people to prepare and enjoy birth, postnatal and parenting in their own way.
