Grant of License

VERGYS Arsenal (“Licensor”) grants you (“Licensee”) a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and incorporate the 3D assets (“Assets”) into your projects, subject to the terms below.

Permitted Uses

You are allowed to: Use the Assets in personal projects. Modify, edit, and adapt the Assets Include the Assets in games, films, renders, simulations, and other media Distribute Assets as part of a larger work (e.g., a game, animation, or application)

Restrictions

You may NOT: Resell, sublicense, or redistribute, the Assets as standalone files Include the Assets in asset packs, marketplaces, or libraries (free or paid) Claim the Assets as your own original work Use the Assets in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading. No gifting, the model can only be used by the Purchaser/Purchasers Group.

Attribution (Optional but Appreciated)

Attribution is not required, but appreciated. If you choose to credit, use: “3D Assets by VERGYS Arsenal”

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the original Assets remain with VERGYS Arsenal. This license grants usage rights only, not ownership.

No Warranty

The Assets are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. VERGYS Arsenal is not liable for any damages arising from their use.

Termination

This license is automatically terminated if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Assets.

Modifications of License

VERGYS Arsenal reserves the right to update this license for future releases. Previously downloaded Assets remain under the license version they were distributed with.
