Leadership is everything. Nations, Communities, Families, and individuals are built, shaped, made, or marred because of the kind of leadership to which they are exposed over time. From creation, God has intended that man should lead and be led. In other words, God intended that the progress of all creation would be determined by leadership. In most cases, these great expectations of leadership are not being realized or achieved both in the secular and spiritual circles. One of the major reasons for this failure is lack of understanding or a neglect of the Imperatives of leadership. This book has tried to highlight some of these imperatives.
