With some extra polish this author could become a modern day Edgar Allan Poe. Short story writing is a true art form, to enage a reader, create a world, introduce characters and tell a story in short form writing is not easy. The stories in this book are great quick reads - I read it in an hour, and are entertaining, embrace the creepy and Noir elements of a great scary story and are reminscent of the traditional campfire tales where people try to out scare each other in the dark with a torch under their chin. I look forward to seeing more works from this author.
