Kata's + kicks demonstration on the beach.

I am performing Heian Shodan and Heain Nidan in beautiful daylight with powerful and explosive kiyaas. As soon as I am done, I proceed to karate kicks' demonstration. Sand is falling out of my feet as I am kicking towards the camera and explaining what part of foot is responsible for the damage.
