ADHD Time Management: A Complete System for the Way Your Brain Actually Experiences Time
A complete time management course for adults with ADHD, built around how your brain experiences time.
If time is always getting away from you, this course gives you an accurate explanation for why, and a system for each part of the problem: running late, losing hours, underestimating tasks, waiting for deadlines, hyperfocus, Sunday dread, constantly feeling behind, burnout, and abandoning systems after one bad day.
WHAT'S INSIDE
- 9 lessons, each built around one specific time struggle
- 3 integration lessons that show you what to do when several struggles hit at once
- A fill-in "Complete Time Management System" page to keep
- 3 printable tools: The Overlap Protocol, The System Takes Over weekly check-in, and The Hard Day Protocol
Every lesson follows the same structure: what's happening in your brain, where it shows up for you, how to handle the emotion, how to set up your space, and one clear system. Each lesson ends with one action to take that day.
THE TOOLS YOU'LL BUILD
- The Launch Pad and leave-by time, for getting out the door
- The daily plan, capture space, and time containers, for days that drift
- A personal time reference, for estimates that match reality
- Self-imposed deadlines and "give it a when," for starting before the last minute
- The Sunday Reset, for the week ahead
- The Hard Day Protocol, for the days when everything falls apart
