This pattern was created in collaboration with Yarn Citizen. Yarn is available for purchase at Jimmy Beans Wool.

This cap is inspired by the Luberon Valley in France’s Provence region, an area that is famous for its lavender. Of course the lavender plant is well known for its signature scent, flowers, and color, but the Luberon Toque puts a little more focus on the specific part of the plant where the shrubby part ends and the stems for the flowers begin. The motif uses intersecting lines to create a sense of order out of natural disarray. The cap is worked in the round. Pattern includes written instructions as well as a chart.
