Weight of His Will — The Holy Spirit as the person of God's Glory
Glory also means perfection or maturity, a place of sonship and responsibility, without the Holy Spirit, it will be impossible for the child of God to mature and grow spiritually, both in discernment and purpose —that was the understanding Apostle Paul had when he said "For it became Him , for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in BRINGING MANY SONS UNTO GLORY". Jesus' death and resurrection ushered us into glory, a place of sonship and capacity , so we can legally receive and contain the promise of the Father, which is the Holy Spirit, the glory of God.
