Deuteronomy 11:18-20 Bible Memory Verse Activities
There are 12 short activities based on Deuteronomy 11:18-20, plus additional activity sheets like: coloring pages, tracing pages, a puzzle page to cut out, and a "cut and paste" activity.
How to memorize Bible verses is more than just repeating it over and over. That can get a little boring! Repetition is important for Bible memorization, but staying interested and motivated is equally important. It can be difficult for children to stay focused on memorizing scripture, but who are we kidding? It's difficult for parents, too! That's why I made these activities. The writing activities are appropriate for the readers in the family: from upper elementary to adult. The trace and coloring pages are great for younger children. This way, everyone in the family can study the word of God together!
Deuteronomy 11:18-20
18 Keep these words deep in your heart and in your soul, and have them fixed on your hand for a sign and marked on your brow; 19 teaching them to your children, and talking of them when you are at rest in your house or walking by the way, when you go to sleep and when you get up: 20 writing them on the doorframes of your house and on your gates.
