IMPORTANT INFO: This is not an oob build, and it is contained within the center atrium. To leave you will have to run into a wall or do social > housing > move to front door. The club is accessed by jumping up in the center of the elevator. There is no access to fc rooms.

For venues I do ask for credit in the form of a carrd link (mikuumikuu.carrd.co) or @Mikumiku_FFXIV in the message book. This is not a requirement for residential builds.

the file is outdated, download the latest version of Makeplace from the itch.io store, move the file into the save folder, open the file in the app, save the interior and outside exterior, and then to to reload it in the plugin.
