Knitting pattern: Toy Dog

A delightful toy dog for you to knit. Suitable for an intermediate knitter, this dog makes a great weekend project, and is suitable for children of all ages if CE approved yarn and stuffing is used.

Materials required:

• Approx 100g aran weight yarn

• Small amount of black yarn

• Double point needles (DPN) – size 3mm recommended

• Traditional knitting needles of the same size

• Sewing needle – you may find a long doll-making needle easier to use than a traditional darning or crewel needle

• Stitch markers

• Scissors to trim ends

• Stuffing fibre (acrylic, well-washed fleece, etc)
