Sales KPI Dashboard (Excel)

One Excel workbook that turns your team's monthly numbers into leaderboards, weighted scores, awards and rep scorecards, without a single formula to write.

Built for sales managers, area managers and team leads who track reps on more than one number and are tired of rebuilding the same report every month.

Set up your KPIs once (up to 15, each with its own weighting), paste in targets and actuals, pick the period, and the dashboards do the rest: weekly, monthly, quarter-to-date and year-to-date views, rankings by rep, team and region, trend arrows against the prior period, and an awards tab that names your MVPs.

What is in it:

Ships with sample reps and sample data. Replace them with your own and the whole workbook updates.

Instant download. One .xlsx file. Uses XLOOKUP, so you need Microsoft 365, Excel 2021 or later, or Google Sheets. Older Excel versions will not calculate it.

Licence: for use in your own business or team. Please do not resell or share the file.

Refunds

If the Sales KPI Dashboard is not right for you, email us within 13 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Because this is a digital download you cannot "return" it, so we do not ask you to. We would rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something you cannot use.

If the file is corrupted or will not open, tell us and we will fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer, with no time limit.

Refunds are paid back to the card or account used for the purchase and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Delivery

This is a digital product. There is nothing to ship.

The moment your payment succeeds you get an instant download link on screen, and the same link by email. The file is .xlsx (opens in Excel or Google Sheets).

If the download does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder first, then email us and we will send it to you directly.
