Import the metform blocks, indicated by the 'Form' suffix in the template name .

Add a new Metform form and click 'Edit with Elementor' to open the editor .

Click the 'Add Template' grey button .

Click the 'My Templates' tab .

Choose your imported Elementor template, then click 'Insert' .

Once the template is loaded, click 'Update' .
