Yes, meditating is simple, but only if you approach it with the right requirements. I myself have experienced these obstacles, going through periods in which meditation was the last thing I wanted to do, it didn’t even cross my mind to meditate, there were other priorities, I told myself, maybe that’s exactly the point! why do you meditate? why would you want to do it? without an intention or the knowledge of the benefits and the goals you want to achieve through meditation, sitting down with your eyes closed makes no sense!
I prepared this guide because it’s the same one I would have wanted to read during my “off periods” where every practice seems ineffective due to our hyperactive and overstimulated nervous system.
