Wisteria is a unique top-down sweater featuring elegant V-necks at both the front and back. The garment is worked seamlessly, with no sewing required. The body is kept simple in stockinette stitch, while the sleeves are adorned with a delicate yet striking lace pattern that adds a distinctive touch to the design.
Wisteria was specifically created for hand-dyed fingering-weight yarns, allowing their beautiful color variations to take center stage. The clean stockinette body provides the perfect canvas for showcasing complex colorways, while the lace sleeves add interest and sophistication without competing with the yarn.
Of course, Wisteria can also be knit in a solid color, but gradient, tonal, and variegated yarns truly bring out the essence of the design, highlighting the interplay between texture and color that makes this sweater so special.
