What is being taught?
You will be given 6 weekly trainings & exercises that you are to do everyday for a minimum of 20 minutes.
These trainings derive from different cultures of both eastern & western traditions, each designed to train a specific part of the mind/body to achieve the desired results of either: greater presence, increased willpower, improved focus and/or more discipline.
Where the exercises came from or even how they work doesn't really matter, what matters is doing them & seeing the results for yourself. The results will speak for themselves.
The Main Outcomes... at the end of the 6-Weeks you will:
- Have cultivated a DAILY habit of focus & discipline for the last 40 days
- Find it easy to focus on tasks without distractions for up to a few hours at a time

Is this course live or can I go at my own pace?
Technically this course will be live, but the trainings are pre-recorded for you to do at your own pace. The accountability check-ins are for the 6-weeks. And live calls will be live and recorded if you cannot make it.
What are the time commitment obligations?
The training videos themselves will be anywhere from 30-60 mins, and for you to do the exercises & techniques will require about 20 minutes per day. This means it will require about 3 hours per week.
If you cannot commit to 20 minutes/day or 3 hours per week, DO NOT buy this course.
