HOW IT WORKS

Save a working copy for each request. Enter your own estimates and proposed prices, compare the options, then complete the client proposal. Export or print only Client proposal cells A1:H40, in portrait and fit to one page. Review the PDF before sharing. Keep the full workbook private: it contains your internal costs, time estimates and capacity calculations.

FORMAT & REQUIREMENTS

One ZIP download containing ReadyMade-Scope-Check.xlsx and README.txt. Use a spreadsheet application that supports .xlsx formulas. No macros, paid API, external connection, add-in or Codex access required. Check formulas, validation and print preview if you import the workbook into another format. Formulas are unlocked, so keep an untouched copy.

IMPORTANT

This is an estimation aid. Estimated contribution is fee minus direct delivery costs, not net profit; it excludes your own pay, overhead and taxes. Examples are fictional, not market rates. Check the actual client agreement and get written agreement for any extra fee. No tax calculation or profit guarantee is included.

LICENCE

One purchase covers one purchaser’s business and its internal team for that business’s own client projects. Make working copies and customize them for those projects. You may share completed client-facing PDF or printed proposals with the relevant clients. Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, give away or publicly post the editable workbook or blank templates, including modified versions.
