A professionally crafted self-hypnosis audio for anticipatory anxiety — recorded in Japanese. Gentle, evidence-informed, and designed for repeated listening.

This is the Japanese-language version of the anticipatory anxiety self-hypnosis audio.

If you find yourself tensing up before something that hasn't happened yet — a meeting, a medical appointment, a social situation, a test — this recording is designed for exactly that. Anticipatory anxiety is the body running threat signals about a future event. This session works with that pattern rather than against it.

You will be guided into a relaxed state and then through a process of calming the nervous system's response to anticipated events. The session includes breathing guidance, progressive relaxation, and suggestion work focused on the specific pattern of anxiety about what is coming.

How to listen:

Find somewhere you won't be interrupted for about 20–25 minutes. Sit or lie down. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery. You can listen with headphones or without — whichever is comfortable.

For best results, listen daily for the first two weeks, then as needed.

Language note:

This recording is in Japanese. The therapeutic content is equivalent to the English-language version. A brief disclaimer is included at the beginning of the recording.
