Mileage Log | Google Sheets Template

Stop rebuilding your mileage from memory at the end of the year. Type the odometer at the start and end of each trip and this Google Sheet works out the distance, splits business from personal and adds up the amount to claim at your own rate, month by month.

HOW IT WORKS

1. After purchase, download the PDF from the link in your confirmation email.

2. Click the link. Google asks you to make a copy, which is saved to your own Google Drive.

3. Set your rate, then log each trip. Everything else updates automatically.

- Cells that calculate show a gentle warning if you try to edit them, so formulas are not deleted by accident
