Who It's For

No spreadsheet experience required.
Works With
Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Upload the file to Google Sheets or convert it directly in Sheets. No extensions or add-ons are needed.
The Goal Isn't to Measure Everything.
It's to measure what helps you lead better.
Use the dashboard to ask:
What's happening?
What's changing?
Where are we strong?
Where is there a gap?
What should we do next?
The metrics are intentionally designed as a starter framework, allowing your church to customize them based on your ministry model, context, and available data.
Start Small. Measure Consistently. Improve Intentionally.
Your dashboard doesn't have to be complicated.
It just needs to help your leadership team see what's happening, have better conversations, and take the next right step.
