Sukkot Lesson For Older Students

In this 70 minute lesson designed for 8-10th graders, students will explore the concept of Ushpizin (Guests). Specifically they will learn about the 7 Jewish values that accompany the Ushpizin during the different days of Sukkot. Finally, using the art techniques of Israeli artist Hanoch Piven, students will create a Sukkot guest to invite into their Sukkah.
