When the Holidays Aren't Holly

Whatever you do during this time, do not underestimate the heaviness of 2020 even if you have not been directly impacted by the realities of this abnormal series of events in the last twelve months. If it did not knock at your doorstep, it is highly likely someone in your circle has been impacted. Most of us have figured out a way to assuage our fears, calm our anxieties, and silence our anger to muddle through the last eight months. And just when we think we have it worked out, the holidays creep into the mix with commercials, jingles, and happy tidings all on our newsfeeds.
