Programme Details
The Programme will consist of:
- x4 60 Minute Online Sessions with Sarah Jayne where we will deep dive and go all in.
- Tailored Resources/Reflections/Activations which will be specific and unique to you and your journey.
- You can directly book your sessions via Calendly and our sessions will run via Zoom. I aim to be as flexible as possible.

This Individual Session is Non - Refundable post completion.
How does appointment scheduling work?
When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there. I coach women on a global level and I aim to be as flexible as possible across timezones. The appointment will be carried out via video link.
Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?
For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.
What is the Cancellation notice for rescheduling?
The cancellation period for re scheduling is 24 hours.
Will my session be private and confidential?
Absolutely. Every session is a safe, sacred, and confidential space where you can express yourself freely without judgment. Your privacy and emotional safety are my highest priorities. Nothing you share will ever be discussed or disclosed outside of our sessions.
