If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?

Please contact us at any time if you're not satisfied with your coaching. We do our best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the reasoning for your dissatisfaction so we can rectify it.

REFUND POLICY: No Refunds once the session has been completed or when an appointment is canceled outside of the 24-hour cancellation window.

How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed your purchase, you will be able to log in to your coaching account and see the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If there is an issue with you making your scheduled appointment you can reschedule before your appointment window.

Is it possible to BUY more than one coaching session?

For sure! There are a variety of options. You can simply purchase coaching sessions as needed, get set up with a recurring payment option, provide a monthly subscription (3-month minimum) option, pay for multiple sessions up front and we also can discuss options during your initial consultation appointment.

Do you offer GROUP Sessions?

YES, we offer group workshops and classes as the number of students allows during certain times of the year.
