Patchwork Items are 30-35 business days 

DTF tees/hoodies/etc. and tumblers are 12-14 business days.

Tubes/Shorts/Other handmade items are 14-17 business days.

Business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays! 

Tees/Crews/Hoodies etc. are UNISEX, so please size accordingly 

Patchwork pieces are UNISEX and fit true-to-size. Please size up if you want a baggier feel. Please message me if any adjustments need to be made (longer length, etc.)

❣️Lower-Priced Custom Items

Because these items are made specifically for you and cannot typically be resold:

* If I made the mistake, I will either remake the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

* If you simply don’t like the item or it doesn’t fit as expected, refunds cannot be offered. However, I may offer a partial store credit on a case-by-case basis.

❣️Higher-Priced Items (Custom or Non-Custom)

If I made the mistake, you may choose one of the following:

* Keep the item and receive a partial refund.

* Return the item for a full refund (return shipping will be provided and paid for by me).

* Return the item so I can repair or remake it and send it back to you (return shipping will be provided and paid for by me).

‼️Please Note

* Refunds are not available for bid war items.

* Refunds are not available for sizing issues. Please review measurements and purchase accordingly.

* If you simply don’t like the item or it doesn’t fit as expected, refunds cannot be offered. However, I may offer a partial store credit on a case-by-case basis.

* Refund requests made more than 10 days after the delivery date are not eligible.

* If a return is approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the prepaid return shipping label. Failure to do so may void the return.

* Photos of any damage, defects, or issues must be provided before any refund, replacement, or return will be approved.

* Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage that occurs after delivery is not covered.

* If an item is damaged during shipping by the postal carrier, a partial refund may be offered, and a shipping insurance claim may be filed with the carrier when applicable.

* Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any approved refund will cover the item purchase price only and will not include the initial shipping charge.
