When I was a Case Manager it was really hard to keep track of my cases. This Excel Sheet will keep you sane. There are different sheets that are provided.
- File Tracker: This is a general overview of the cases you have. The tabs include client name, incident date, case stage, defendant limits, liability and a notes section.
- Opening Tasks Tracker: Lists all the opening task that are needed to compete your file investigation
- Medical Records/Bills tracker: You can sort it with the types of records you are getting such as initial treatment records, prior records, prepping file for demand, etc
