The most iconic clean ballad tone sounds very acoustic, but is played on electric guitars. The disctinct timbre is sculpted with a chorus for that glassy feel and other effects that help the highs shine. Look later in the video for short demos of 8 pickup configurations (also humbucker style).

NOTES:My goal is not to use the exact simulations of effects, amps etc. that the artist would use, but to get closest to the tone (even using the effects in an unusual way).
