This is a blueprint of how I ate to lose 30lbs in 14 weeks! I specifically designed this book to include the EXACT recipes that I have been eating these past few months because I have had such great success eating them. This is my first and only recipe book that does not have ANY overt fats included in the recipes (no nuts, no seeds, no nut butters, no avocados and of course no oil). It also does not include any dry starches, like pasta or bread, only wet starches- like potatoes and rice.
