Seven Evenings of Scripture and Practical Mental Wellness Tools for Faithful People Who Are Running on Empty

Are you tired in a way that sleep doesn't fix?

You still love God. You still show up, serve, and care for everyone around you. Somewhere along the way, though, prayer started to feel like a task, and the voice in your head grew louder than the voice of God.

You are not alone, and your weariness is not a verdict on your faith.

Tired But Faithful is a free 7-day pop-up workshop with Dr. Sandra Stubbs, a licensed professional counselor, pastor, and coach. Each evening we'll spend about 20 minutes together live, learning one practical tool that brings Scripture and mental wellness together.

Live nightly at 6:30 pm Pacific Time, October 1 to 7

  • Day 1 · Thursday, October 1: Tired Is Not Faithless
  • Day 2 · Friday, October 2: The Voice in Your Head
  • Day 3 · Saturday, October 3: Renewing the Mind (free printable map)
  • Day 4 · Sunday, October 4: A Rhythm, Not a Rule (free printable planner)
  • Day 5 · Monday, October 5: Why You Keep Ending Up in the Same Place (free printable sheet)
  • Day 6 · Tuesday, October 6: Purpose Is Not a Position
  • Day 7 · Wednesday, October 7: A Plan That Lasts

When you register, you'll receive:

  • Three free printable tools, released during the week
  • Daily reminders so you don't miss a session

This workshop is for you if:

  • Your spiritual life feels dry, heavy, or mechanical
  • Your inner critic has been louder than usual
  • You keep ending up in the same patterns and want to understand why
  • You're ready to care for your soul and your mind together
