Void Closure Sign-off Form

Form used during construction when closing a void between walls and levels.

Covers sign-off from multiple trades including service trades to ensure that all works have been conducted as per the BCA and Fire Engineer's Report.

Extremely important when there is penetrations through Fire Rated Walls.
