Great cookbook

Great cookbook with lots of different recipes. Perfect for meal prep. The recipes taste great, but are still light in terms of nutritional value. A great thing!

Helpful source for yummy healthy eating

Really loved all the content details for each recipe, protein fibre and calories is such a great guide for eating well. Most recipes included ingredients that were readily available and usually in the pantry, fridge or freezer. Great ideas for meal planning and prepping breakfasts. Would love a snack cookbook.

The best cooking book!!

I have been following Noa on insta for years and her recipes have always been 10/10! So when this recipe book came out it was a no brainer to get! The things I’ve made so far have been soo tasty! And it’s so cool to have the macros of each meal! It has to already be my most used recipe book! I wish it was hard copy!! Hope to see more in the future!
