WHAT'S INSIDE

- Year Dashboard: income, expenses, net, savings rate and average spend per month, a month-by-month table with running balance, an income vs expenses chart, your top spending categories and your goals

- Month View: pick a month from the drop-down and see planned vs actual for every category, what is left, a spending donut chart and a planned vs actual chart. Over-budget categories turn red

- Budget Plan: your income and expense plan for all 12 months with yearly totals. Type over any month for a bonus, a holiday or an annual bill

- Transactions: log date, description, category and amount. Income or expense and the month are filled in for you

- Money Goals: up to 8 goals with target, saved so far, target date, what to save each month and a progress bar

- Setup: choose from 25 currencies, set your year and starting balance, and list your income sources and up to 24 expense categories with a usual monthly amount

You get a sample version filled with example data so you can see how everything works, and a blank version ready for your own numbers.

HOW IT WORKS

1. After purchase, download the PDF from the link in your confirmation email.

2. Click the link in the PDF. Google asks you to make a copy, which is saved to your own Google Drive.

3. Add your income and categories on the Setup tab, then start logging.
