Approve-First Content Pipeline Pack (n8n workflows)

You want help drafting posts, but nothing should go out until you say so. And you want your sales in one plain file without a paid automation plan.

Four self-hosted n8n workflows:

• Draft and approve. Your local Ollama model drafts a post for X or Facebook. The draft is checked for length, the channel limit, secret-shaped strings and links you have not allowed, then waits on a small n8n form: approve, hold, or edit and approve. Edits are checked again.
• Queue to Buffer. Approved drafts go to your own Buffer queue through Buffer's API. It ships in dry-run, counts what is already scheduled on each channel and stops at 10, which is the Free plan's limit per channel. A queued draft is marked, so the next run skips it.
• Sale email to ledger. Reads your store's sale emails from your own mailbox over IMAP (polling, no webhook, no public URL) and adds one CSV row per new order. Duplicates are skipped and a missing fee stays blank.
• Sales export to ledger. Imports your store's CSV export into the same ledger.

You bring your own free Buffer account, mailbox and Ollama. The download is files: four workflow JSONs, a README, a setup guide, sample files and screenshots from the seller's test run. The test used local stand-ins for Buffer and Ollama; the README lists what was and was not tested.

What it does NOT do

• It does not post anything you did not approve.
• It does not post directly to X, Facebook or YouTube. Buffer publishes from your queue.
• It does not include a Buffer account, API key, mailbox, model or n8n.
• It does not upload video. A YouTube draft must point at a video that is already online.
• It does not do bookkeeping or taxes. It keeps a CSV.
• It was not run against a live Buffer account or a real mailbox before sale. Request shapes follow Buffer's published API reference; sale emails are matched by labels you set.
• It does not promise sales, reach or time saved, and there is no setup service or support call.

Requirements

• Self-hosted n8n 2.x (tested on 2.41.6). Not for n8n Cloud.
• Permission to set one environment variable when n8n starts: NODE_FUNCTION_ALLOW_BUILTIN=crypto,fs,path.
• Ollama with a model pulled, for drafting.
• Your own Buffer account and API key (the Free plan works with the 10-post limit), with your channels connected in Buffer.
• A mailbox that receives your store's sale emails and allows IMAP.
