This is a guided journey combining the original wisdom of the Vedas, with modern neuro-science and emotional intelligence tools to help you:

It’s not just about finding a formula, it is about connecting to your intuitive nature, understand your reactions and choose your behaviour, creating a life that respects your values, your energy, and your family responsibilities.
How it works
You work with me over a structured process where each step builds on the previous one.
We move from self-awareness to clarity, from belief-shifting to emotional regulation, from small consistent actions to long-term integration.
Sessions are practical, supportive and focused on real progress, not theory.
The 6-Step Journey – and How It Helps You Move On
Step 1 – Awareness: Naming What’s Really in Your Way
We start by slowing down the mental noise and identifying what is actually blocking you.
Together we uncover the beliefs, fears, emotions and habits that keep you stuck—like “I’m behind,” “I’m not good enough,” or “I’ll fail my kids if I focus on my career.”
This gives you immediate relief: you stop blaming yourself and start seeing clear patterns that can be changed.
Step 2 – Clarity: Redefining Who You Are Now
Once we see the blocks, we reconnect you with your strengths, values and aspirations today—not who you were before motherhood.
You get clear on what kind of work feels meaningful, realistic and energizing now, and what you want your life to look like in the next 6–12 months.
By the end of this step, you have a direction and a “north star” instead of a fog of confusion.
Step 3 – Belief Shift: Reprogramming the Inner Story
Here we work directly with the inner voice that says “too late,” “too old,” or “not experienced enough.”
Using NLP and hypnosis, we gently update the subconscious beliefs that drive your self-sabotage and replace them with beliefs that support your next chapter.
You begin to feel different from the inside out—more grounded, more legitimate, and more open to opportunities.
Step 4 – Emotional Regulation: Handling the Ups and Downs
Returning to work while raising a family brings waves of fear, guilt, comparison and overwhelm.
In this step you learn emotional intelligence tools to recognise, name and regulate your emotions instead of being ruled by them.
You build resilience and self-trust, so a bad day, a rejection or a difficult conversation doesn’t knock you down for weeks.
Step 5 – Behavioural Upgrade: Building New, Confident Habits
Now we turn insight into action.
We break your goal into small, concrete steps—updating your profile, reaching out to people, exploring roles, preparing for interviews—and design routines that fit your real life.
Using NLP and hypnosis, we reinforce these new behaviours so they become more natural and easier to maintain, even on busy days.
Step 6 – Integration: Anchoring Your New Identity
Finally, we consolidate your progress so it lasts beyond the program.
We review wins, refine your 90‑day plan, and anchor your new identity as a capable, purpose‑driven professional who also honours her family life.
You leave with tools you can reuse, habits that support you, and a clear sense of “This is who I am now and this is where I’m going.”

How does scheduling work?
You need to attend the 2h bootcamp with Lucie to move on to the Silver Level of the program. The program will start in June 2026
