Darling Buds of May

The Darling Buds of May sock pattern was first published in 2013 and was titled 'Oi ihana toukokuu' in Finnish. It was published as two separate patterns, one for sport weight yarns (54 sts) and the other for fingering weight yarns (66 sts). This is a fully revised and extended version of the two patterns, including a few modifications compared to the original pattern.

Pattern features:

• designed for 70-100 grams of fingering weight (approximately 400-420 m / 100 g) yarns
• knitted cuff-down
• instructions written in generic style (no needle numbering employed)
• instructions written in metric and US terminology
• four sizes: extra-small (54 sts), small (60 sts), medium (66 sts) and large (72 sts)
• charts but no written instructions for the lace pattern
