Section 1. Attribution Requirements

1.1 - All items sold by Neferi0us must be properly credited and hyperlinked.

Example: "Nun Set ✟ by Neferi0us"

1.2 - Any avatars by Neferi0us are intended FOR INDIVIDUALS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. By purchasing, downloading, or using any avatars or related content, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Neferi0us is NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE for any use, access, or exposure of this content by individuals under the age of 18, whether intentional or accidental. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for monitoring and restricting access by minors.

1.3 - Entering false information in the required form when purchasing any Neferi0us product will result in a BAN.

1.4 - You MUST join my Discord server for the free codes (only applies to freebies).

Section 2. Neferi0us' Usage Terms

2.1 - All assets created by Neferi0us may be used on complete models for commercial, free, public, and Nitro distribution.

2.2 - All avatars created by Neferi0us may only be PRIVATELY uploaded to the account of the buyer.

2.3 - Neferi0us' assets and models may be used for content creation, ONLY IF proper credit is given.

2.4 - All meshes created by Neferi0us are allowed for all platforms.

2.5 - Modifications to any Neferi0us product are permitted; however, the product must still be credited as (product name) by Neferi0us, EVEN IF heavily edited.

Section 3. Prohibited Actions

3.1 - Reselling or claiming ownership of Neferi0us' assets and/or models is strictly PROHIBITED. Any purchased asset MUST be included as part of a complete model.

3.2 - Asset farming from purchased models or models created by Neferi0us is NOT ALLOWED.

3.3 - Sharing, leaking, trading, or price splitting of any Neferi0us product is strictly PROHIBITED.

Section 4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are subject to strict conditions. Refunds will not be issued once a product has been downloaded.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

4.1 - The purchased product must have 0 downloads, regardless of the number of items included in the purchase.

4.2 - A valid reason must be provided, and the purchaser must comply with all terms of service.

To request a refund, please open a Discord support ticket.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval, especially if eligibility requirements are not met. Response times may vary.

Section 5. Editing of Avatars and Assets

5.1 - Users are permitted to modify any Neferi0us product as desired.

5.2 - Even after significant modifications, Neferi0us products remain credited as Neferi0us products.

By purchasing or using Neferi0us products, you agree to abide by these terms.

Due to the nature of digital goods, I offer a limited refund policy. This means that I will not offer refunds once you have downloaded the digital product.

To be eligable for a refund:

1. Product must have not been downloaded. No matter how many items were in the order!
2. Provide reasoning for refund and have followed all terms of service protocols.

To request a refund please open a ticket in my Discord.

Request a upload of any models MADE BY NEFERI0US Payment must be fulfilled before any upload has been made. Must provide:

• Proof of purchase/email used to buy.
• Login information and be ready for 2FA code

WE WILL NOT:

1. Upload a Neferi0us model you DID NOT PURCHASE.
2. Upload any models NOT MADE BY NEFERI0US.
