What is Model Incubator?
Built by a working model, for working models, Model Incubator was created by Kimber London—a professional model, director, producer and model coach with 13 years of industry experience.
Kimber has worked with Crocs, BMW, Netflix, Google, Post Malone, Black Eyed Peas and Call of Duty, where their likeness became Volta Rossi, the franchise’s first non-binary operator likeness. They’ve also coached hundreds of models through runway bootcamps, workshops and private coaching.
Model Incubator grew directly from that experience—and from seeing talented models struggle to find reliable industry knowledge, honest feedback and clear career direction. This program brings strategy, education, resources, opportunities, coaching and community together in one place—so models don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Begin with a comprehensive Professional Model Assessment, personalized 90-Day Action Plan and ongoing portfolio strategy, then work directly with Kimber through twice-monthly group coaching, personalized feedback and access between calls. You’ll develop your portfolio, professional positioning, agency and submission strategy and next career moves—with guaranteed publication, curated casting opportunities and everything inside The Hatchery included.
MODEL INCUBATOR VIP — $1,497 (Single Payment)
The highest level of 90-day model development, combining the complete Model Incubator program with significantly more private access to Kimber. Begin with a 60-minute Model Breakthrough Kickoff Call, meet privately each month for progress coaching and personalized strategy, stay for extended VIP coaching after every group call, and finish with a 60-minute private strategy review designed to map out what comes next.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I JOIN?
You’ll receive immediate onboarding instructions for accessing the private Discord community and completing your Model Career Snapshot. Model Incubator and VIP members will also submit their portfolio, socials and career information for their Professional Model Assessment and personalized 90-Day Action Plan. From there, you’ll have a clear starting point and access to the coaching, resources and community included with your membership.
