It has been an experience of continuous work, focus and motivation for a particular goal, putting into practice the "if you want you can", challenging myself in how far I can go, how committed I can be, and knowing my unconscious a bit more in the process.


This is not a diet or exercise challenge, it is not a challenge based on strict rules or a literal to-do list. It is not a type of challenge that makes you feel like you are in a mental "Boot Camp", feeling guilty for everything that does not go perfectly.


This was not planned but was simply a consequence of my intention to go home with the best attitude and condition possible. We can say that I realized that I was doing a "challenge" when I was already in it, and that I was actually in a personal battle with my own mental barriers.
