This wrap was made using 24 mini skeins from a holiday advent set from Yarn Over New York. I had so much fun opening up each little box every day in December. The set was themed around travel and each mini bore a name that was written in the language of the place that inspired the color. I was so smitten with the whole set that I immediately cast on a project with the first mini. I wanted to capture the idea of travel but keep the design simple and easy to come back to when the inevitable business of the holiday season creeps in. While the holiday season in 2020 will be very different for all of us knitting is a journey that we can take any time.

Recommended Yarn
This project is perfect for that yarn advent that you’ve been dreaming of. It was designed to use up almost all of each mini skein in a 24 day calendar. However, you could use a combination of full size yarn skeins or a big bag of remnants. You’ll need about 85 yards of each color to work the pattern as written.
Finished Measurements
108” long from tip to tip and 36” wide when measured from long side to long side.
Gauge
21 stitches and 34 rows in 4” of stockinette after wet blocking.
This pattern has been test knit and edited and should be error free but if you find an error that I missed please contact me! I will work to fix it as soon as possible!
