New Years Art Lesson Goals for New Year Art Project New Year Art Activity
This New Year's Firework and Wishes Art Project asks students to reflect on their hopes and dreams for the coming year, for themselves, their family, their community or the world. Using pencil crayons and felt markers, they create a bright New Year's artwork filled with colorful fireworks and personal wishes.
It is for classroom teachers and homeschoolers, and it supports self-reflection, goal setting and visual storytelling while students experiment with line, color and composition. The finished pieces also make a bulletin board display of students' goals for the new year.
