Right Angle Manual Implant Driver

• Attaches to a regular E-type slow-speed hand-piece allowing the dentist to conveniently insert or remove the abutment screw when the access hole is difficult to reach with a regular implant driver. Print one for every operatory!
• This is not intended as a torque wrench, and your maximum torque will depend on what material you print it with. Testing showed approximately hand-torque capacity between 10-15 Ncm with PLA. Excessive torque to insert or remove the screw will damage the 3D print.
• Download has long and short handles included for your preference, as well as pre-hallowed versions with drain holes for resin printers.
• This has only been tested with FDM printers, so your feedback is important for ongoing improvements.

Suitable for FDM or Resin printers. Due to variations in resins, nozzles, etc, you may need to scale the size of the stl +/- 2% to achieve the desired fit and friction with your slow speed attachment.

For Resin Printers - You can use the hollowed file with the drain hole to prevent resin from being trapped inside. Walls are 2.5mm thick.

For FDM Printers - You can use the solid stl files and slice with 10-20% infill.
