Full Body Workout Programme
I created this full body workout plan for all the ladies who are wanting to change and improve their bodies for the better , whether that is gaining muscle, losing weight or simply just to feel good on the inside as well as the outside. The gym is a great place to help do all of those things, which is why this is a gym based programme.
Within this plan you will find a 5 day workout split, 3 workouts being lower body workouts and 2 workouts which are upper body workouts. All exercises come with detailed notes on the correct form and how to perform the exercises the right way.
