Open it in your desktop browser, add your business details, and start organizing your work. No account, hosting or subscription is required.

Compatibility and saving

FieldDesk is a local HTML application for a desktop browser—not a native installer or mobile app. JavaScript, local storage and downloads must be enabled. No paid software is required.

Tested on Windows using automated Microsoft Edge checks, including downloads and PDF rendering. Desktop Chrome is a design target but has not been separately verified. Other browsers, macOS, mobile devices and physical printers have not been certified.

Your records are saved in your browser profile, not inside the app file. Download regular JSON backups. To move computers, copy the app and your backup, then restore. Restore replaces the destination workspace; it does not merge records. Backups are not encrypted.

Practical limits

Supports one business and one active editing workspace, with up to 3,000 total records, 100 lines per document and 3.5 MB of saved data.

Choose USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD or NZD, and miles or kilometers. Changing currency or distance labels does not convert existing values.

FieldDesk is an operational organizer, not full accounting software. It does not include cloud synchronization, simultaneous team editing, payment processing, Stripe integration, email delivery, file attachments, inventory stock counts, bank feeds, payroll, tax filing or refunds/credit notes.

Recurring jobs are created manually from saved schedules. No reminders run while the app is closed. Tax uses one percentage you enter after a flat discount. Save final PDFs of issued documents because customer details and branding remain editable.

Your purchase includes the delivered version for continued use under the included license. Future updates, customization and ongoing support are not promised.
