Jackie Wilder - Out of Darkness

Original Legionnaire Dan Highland commissioned this picture, but the story of it resonated so strongly with me that when he graciously allowed me to make it part of the Art Feed, I jumped at the chance.

Dan's original character, Jackie, pushed her luck while cave diving, and got lost. Now, at the edge of her endurance, she sees the way out, the light above.

It doesn't take much to see the storm clouds on the horizon. The next several years are going to be rough for us all, and downright dangerous for a lot of us. Lost in the darkness, trapped in a hostile environment that's only getting worse...

But we WILL find the light, and make our way through the troubles.
