The Task Starter Cheat Sheet
ADHD cheat sheet printable for the moments a task won't start: task paralysis, procrastination and that "my brain says no" feeling. A small, calm tool for €1.49.
You know what you need to do. You just can't start. That's not laziness. It's often task initiation, one of the executive functions ADHD makes harder.
The Task Starter Cheat Sheet keeps the best starting tricks on one page. First you find the reason you're stuck (too big, unclear, boring, scary, tiring, too many choices, not urgent). Next to each reason sits one small idea that fits it. Below that: eight simple ways to start, from "two minutes only" to body doubling.
