Daoist Internal Alchemy Audio
Internal Alchemy is a guided audio practice created by Rhiannon Argyle, designed to help women stop holding what their body was never meant to carry.
This work supports the release and transformation of stored emotional energy, limiting belief patterns, and tension held within the body - particularly within the organ systems - into energy that is supportive, stabilising, and aligned.
Rooted in Rhiannon’s study of Taoist principles and shamanic practices, this is a body-led approach to healing, not mindset work.
What it does
Internal Alchemy supports women to:
- Move out of overthinking and back into the body
- Release emotional build-up such as fear, resentment, and overwhelm
- Reconnect with internal signals and rebuild self-trust
- Regulate the nervous system in a simple, accessible way
- Create more space, clarity, and steadiness internally
How it works
Through guided awareness, breath, and somatic focus, the practice leads women to:
- Tune into specific areas of the body
- Acknowledge what is being held without forcing it away
- Shift and repurpose that energy into something supportive
This creates a felt, physical shift, rather than just an intellectual understanding.
Who it’s for
This is for the woman who:
- Feels overwhelmed and stuck in her head
- Knows something is off but struggles to access it
- Is tired of abandoning herself and pushing through
- Wants a grounded, simple way to reconnect with her body
How to use it
- As a daily grounding practice
- During moments of emotional overwhelm or disconnection
- When patterns like overthinking or people-pleasing arise
- When the body is asking for attention
The edge
Most approaches focus on fixing or changing the mind.
Internal Alchemy focuses on working with the body and transforming what is already there - creating sustainable internal change.
