The Activation Dial
One of the biggest misconceptions about healing is that feeling activated means you're doing something wrong.
It doesn't.
In fact, every time you choose yourself, set a boundary, have a difficult conversation, or step into something your nervous system hasn't experienced before, your body may respond with activation.
That isn't failure.
It's your nervous system doing exactly what it was designed to do - protect you.
The goal isn't to never become activated.
The goal is to recognise when the dial has been turned up, understand what your body needs, and gently guide yourself back to safety before making your next decision.
When we try to think our way out of activation, we often stay stuck in survival.
When we help the body feel safe again, clarity, intuition and wisdom naturally return.
