📧 After your order is placed, an email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout with a customization form to complete. This form will allow you to provide all the details needed to create your sign exactly as you envision it. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly, as it will be our primary method of communication for design approvals, updates, and production information.

Please be as detailed as possible when completing your customization form and include:

• Preferred colors
• Font style preferences
• Sign dimensions or approximate size
• Design theme or aesthetic
• Inspiration photos or examples
• Any special requests

Once your customization details have been received and reviewed, an invoice for any remaining balance will be sent if applicable. Production will begin only after all customization details have been approved and payment has been received in full.

⏳ Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and processing from the date customization details are finalized and payment is received. Turnaround times may vary based on order volume, design complexity, and material availability.

Because each sign is custom made specifically for you, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available unless an error occurs on our part.
