Life can bring challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain or unsure of our next steps. But your circumstances do not have to define your future.

Still I Rise provides a supportive, confidential and non-judgemental coaching environment for individuals seeking to regain confidence, develop independence and move forward with purpose.

Whether you are experiencing domestic abuse, rebuilding your life after a difficult relationship, facing financial challenges or navigating personal struggles, you deserve to feel heard, respected and empowered.

Our coaching sessions focus on:

  • Building confidence and self-worth
  • Personal growth and empowerment
  • Navigating relationship and life challenges
  • Developing healthier financial habits
  • Setting realistic goals and personal boundaries
  • Rebuilding independence and planning for the future

You do not have to have everything figured out before taking your first step.

Your journey. Your choices. Your future.

Still I Rise offers empowerment coaching and practical guidance, not therapy, emergency assistance, specialist domestic abuse advocacy or regulated financial advice. Information is handled with care, subject to our privacy and safeguarding policies.

Meet Bertha Madume - Founder of Still I Rise

Hello, I'm Bertha Madume, founder of Still I Rise.

My passion for empowering others comes from both personal experience and years of supporting people through difficult circumstances.

Having experienced domestic abuse myself, I understand how challenging it can be to rebuild confidence, regain independence and begin creating a different future.

Through Still I Rise, my aim is to provide a compassionate, respectful and non-judgemental space where individuals feel heard, valued and empowered to make their own choices.

My coaching also supports people navigating financial difficulties, relationship challenges, personal setbacks and significant life changes.

I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to rediscover their strengths, develop practical goals and move forward with confidence.

Your past does not define your future. Your next chapter is yours to write.
