Lizzy Long-line teens-era Corset Pattern

This is a gorgeous under-bust long-line corset or skirt pattern based on the Elizabeth Hume 1917 patent. Size UK 8 - 26 (US 4 - 22). See measurement table in the photos. There are two versions of this pattern - a very lightly cinched (-2'' on standard waist sizes) that represents the silhouette of the 19 teens era (long smooth non waist cinching) and a -3'' reduction that gives a little more of a modern take on the design. The length is 27cm at the centre front for the corset and 53cm for the skirt. The centre back is 36cm (corset) and 66cm (skirt).
This pattern also features in my pattern collection '200 years of corset design reimagined' - a cost-effective way of procuring lots of different inspiring designs from 1715-1915.
Note – there is no lacing gap factored into this pattern - it is designed to close at the back. The centre back is gently curved resulting in a corset that more closely follows the spine curvature in the lumbar area.
This pattern is drafted in AutoCAD and downloadable as a pdf file - you will need to print out on Size A (letter) or A4 paper, making sure 'actual size' is ticked in your print dialogue box. ALSO INCLUDES A 25 PAGE CORSET CONSTRUCTION MANUAL!!
A toile must always be made to check the fit of corset patterns – at this stage you can nip and tuck (when too large) or slice and splice (when too small) and amend the master pattern to ensure a perfect fitting corset. You will also be able to test the length of the corset and bones at the toile stage - lengthen or shorten just above the waistline.
